Track I - 4 weeks
- Youth involved in this level have a wide range or experiences from first time arrests to more serious users.
- Referrals from the courts for drug and alcohol prevention and education for first time offenders and their families.
- Frank discussions address the part substances play in their lives.
Track II - 28 weeks
- These youth require much more intensive interventions and family involvement after they have been assessed and found to be drug dependent
- Drug use is a major problem in their lives interfering with their school and family as well as causing more serious difficulties in the community
